Service Area
Based from the piqu showroom in Orpington, Adrian works with clients across South London and Kent on considered kitchen and connected furniture projects.
The showroom in Orpington
Where most projects start.
The piqu showroom is at 45 Leesons Hill, Orpington, BR5 2LF. Visits are by appointment so the cabinetry, finishes and appliances can be seen properly, and so Adrian can give the project proper time and attention.
A showroom conversation is usually the most useful first step. There is time to compare worktop and finish samples, look at the Leicht cabinetry, talk through Gaggenau appliances in the right context and walk the project through honestly — before any drawings or quotes are committed to.
Where piqu works
South London and Kent.
The studio's core area covers Orpington, Greenwich, Blackheath, Bromley, Chislehurst, Petts Wood, Beckenham and the surrounding parts of South London and Kent. Most projects sit within that area, and the showroom is easy to reach from across it.
Project fit matters
The right project matters more than the postcode.
piqu is suited to serious kitchen projects where design, materials, appliance planning and detail genuinely matter. That is the question worth answering first — whether the project is the kind of work the studio is set up to do well — and the answer is usually clearer in conversation than on a map.
Some clients come through recommendation. Some visit from outside the immediate area when the project is the right fit for the studio's approach. The studio's installers and trades travel with the project; the design, the specification and Adrian's involvement do not get diluted by distance.
Types of projects
What the studio plans most often.
Complete kitchen projects sit at the centre of the work — family kitchens, social kitchens, apartment kitchens, terrace-house renovations and open-plan rooms that connect into the rest of the home. Leicht German cabinetry leads most projects; Gaggenau appliances are specified inside the cabinetry plan; Bora downdraft and Siemens support the project where the brief asks for them. Where a project extends into wardrobes, hallway storage or a connected media unit, that furniture is planned alongside the kitchen.
Projects often sit inside wider works — an extension, a refurbishment, a basement, an apartment fit-out — and the studio coordinates with the client's builder, architect, interior designer or other trades where needed.
